Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher are proud to have been part of a wide team working for Berkeley Homes on the Woodberry Down regeneration project. The project has received an Evening Standard New Homes Award 2018. CJCT obtained planning permission for Phase 2 of the project for a mixed use scheme comprising 724 residential units, new health centre and commercial space. CJCT subsequently delivered the first building of 180 affordable apartments for Genesis Housing Association. The ground floor contains 10,000 sqft of flexible commercial space.
