Luton Planning Committee has approved Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher plans for the proposed Crawley Road MSCP (Multi Storey Car Park). Our newly approved scheme features twisted fins to create an energised façade in Luton City Centre. CJCT worked closely with specialist engineers Hill Cannon Consulting LLP to realise the 673-space MSCP for Luton Borough Council.
