We have recently received resolution to grant planning permission for our project with Telereal Trillium in Fish Island, Hackney Wick. Located near the Olympic Stadium, the scheme is a mixed use development made up of 145 residential units and 20,000 sqft of commercial space.
The design responds to the materiality of the local industrial area, combining contemporary architectural detailing with the rough simplicity of the historic warehouses.
