This week marks the half-way point in the site progress for the Scale Space project after just 5 months on site with Western Building Systems. Using a modular build construction method, the first modules were delivered to the White City site only in March this year and the envelope is already 90% watertight for 120,000 sqft of office and lab space accommodation.
The modules stack neatly around the two atria and with structural flooring and ceilings pre-installed, the internal Cat A fit out is progressing rapidly. Completion is targeted for November.
