CJCT’s innovative design proposals involve splitting the company’s production process over multiple levels, resulting in neutral cut and fill across the site with reduced massing to minimise visual impact. The main facility will be surrounded by an attractive landscaped buffer zone with swales and native tree species, and an additional office building at the head of the site will include on-site Research + Development space.
Handover of the building is expected in early 2020.
