The scaffolding has been removed on Streatham Hill and the full extent of the red brick façade is now at the forefront of the developing streetscape. The renovation works to the retained façade are also underway.
Two of the seven residential buildings have been successfully handed over and some of the new tenants have already moved in to their new homes.
The development is made up of 254 residential units that enclose a large landscaped courtyard at the heart of the scheme. The active frontage along Streatham Hill will boast a brand new Marks & Spencer alongside an additional three commercial units. A row of townhouses and new community theatre are being constructed to the rear of the site, accompanied by direct access into the large basement car park.
The next two buildings are expected to be handed over before Christmas and the project is due to be completed in March of next year.
