The public consultation for our proposed mixed use scheme on George Street in Leeds was held in Leeds Kirkgate Market on 23rd March 2018. Town Centre Securities alongside CJCT and the Design team presented proposals for a high quality scheme including a new streetscape located opposite the recently opened Victoria Gate development. Ground floor retail units connect George Street to the internal market, allowing visual connections through the building and aiding pedestrian permeability into the historic market halls. The upper levels will provide a range of premium Aparthotel accommodation over five floors, catering for business and leisure travellers.
