The Standard Chartered Bank Accra, Ghana, project has now successfully handed over on the 11th July 2018.
Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher developed the overall architectural concept design for the building which comprises 8 floors of office space above a ground floor with reception and bank branch facilities, together with 5 levels of parking.
Working collaboratively across the Architecture and Interiors team CJCT have also designed the fit out of the top 5 levels (74,000sqft) for Standard Chartered Bank which includes central shared meeting spaces, social hubs, a staff café and quiet working areas, together with an executive floor, trading floors and training facilities.
CJCT worked closely with the bank’s Global Office Workplace Standards, which have been developed to provide an agile working environment. The result is a highly efficient and flexible workspace, designed to accommodate future change.
