CJCT delivers first new office building in Derby for 30 Years.

The first phase of this refined scheme providing 30,000 square foot office space over 6 floors has been completed in the Friargate Conservation Area of Derby.

The project skilfully integrates contemporary architecture in a valued and historic pocket of the City Centre. PVDF coated copper elements frame a curtain walling system providing light to all the office space. Careful selection of fritted ceramic panels set over coloured glazed panels provide depth to the elevations. Expansive views to City centre landmarks are realised.
The building achieves a BREEAM excellent rating and includes extensive use of photovoltaic panels on higher roof levels. CJCT are currently preparing a planning application for a second larger office building to complete development of the available land at Frairgate. This sister building should start on site before end 2013.
