CJCT’s Wellington Place 5 & 6 has been granted planning approval by a unanimous committee.  The two office buildings, both 6 storeys and providing 170sqft of space, are part of CJCT’s wider masterplan for 14 acres of riverside land to the west of Leeds City Centre.

The whole regeneration will provide 2.7million sqft of mixed use development - from offices, private and affordable residential accommodation, restaurants, cafes and other leisure facilities to a new major public square at the heart of the development incorporating existing listed industrial heritage and providing a new south facing riverside plaza or 'Urban Beach'.
