Stephanie is a self motivated and enthusiastic architect with the ability to work across all stages of design and construction. Stephanie has a keen eye for coordination and detail which ensures efficient management and control of designs. She is able to build strong relationships with her clients, contractors and design team to ensure projects are delivered to high standards and exceed expectations.
Stephanie has previously worked across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare and residential and is familiar with associated statutory and guidance documents. She has experience of projects with varied procurements and contractual agreements (D&B and Construction Management) on private and publicly funded projects and is experienced in Urban Design.
Stephanie has a wide knowledge of the education sector having worked on a number of the old BSF schools and free schools. She has helped to deliver large scale projects with values ranging from 7M – 80M. A unique area of expertise is in housing where Stephanie is able to conduct audits against Lifetime Homes London & Wheelchair Housing Design Guides.
From her previous experience in the residential and hotel sector Stephanie has gained a great knowledge of new build, shell & core, retained facades, permitted developments and modular construction. Stephanie is currently working on Park Royal Hotel, a 171 bedroom hotel with ground floor restaurants and bar facilities in the London Borough of Ealing, which commences on site in September 2016.
