Wandsworth Riverside Quarter
Julius Blum HQ
Tim joined CJCT in 2000 as the Director of our then fledgling London Studio. He has built an established portfolio in London and the South East of England along side a strong personal reputation for designing and delivering some of the Capital’s most significant new residential developments.
Tim qualified as an Architect in 1993 having studied at University College London. Tim honed his design skills with top international practices Terry Farrell & Co, Lifschultz Davidson and HOK, before joining as a Director at CJCT.
Recent examples of Tims’ residential work include the Paragon development in Brentford, completed in 2007, and the ongoing Riverside Quarter development in Wandsworth. Recognised for its innovative design and sustainable construction methods, Paragon has won a hatful of major awards including Building Magazine’s coveted ‘Major Housing Project of The Year.’ Once phase III is completed, The Riverside Quarter will boast over 600 new luxury apartments as well as providing this new community with leisure, retail and commercial space. Already, it is considered one of London’s most impressive mixed residential-led use developments of recent years.
Tim’s passion for the highest design standards led naturally to his stewardship of our inhouse Design Group. He is responsible for the studio and practice-wide design reviews which ensure our projects are subjected to rigorous peer review and an ongoing improved design quality.
