Project Description

The proposed Manor Point development will provide up to 700 student bedrooms in clusters of between 4 and 7, sharing kitchen and lounge areas. The scheme design sees accommodation bars located along the site boundaries around a central courtyard, which provides a heart to the scheme, mimicking the quadrangle language of University developments.
Located on a brownfield site, the development will provide a ‘Landmark Building’ acting as a catalyst for this regeneration area.
The development also includes all the necessary ancillary and support facilities required to sustain the residential units, along with a small convenience store and office accommodation. These additional facilities will help provide both street frontage and connection to the wider community.
