110,000 sqft Food Retail, 20,000 sqft Additional Retail, 120 Bed Hotel, Car Parking
The Project Harvest scheme involves the redevelopment of an existing food retail store to provide a mixed use town centre development in southwest London, with an emphasis on improved active frontage to create a sense of destination.
The proposals include extending and renovating the existing facilities to effectively double the existing net sales area, as well as providing a coffee shop, an additional retail offer and 120 bed key hotel with restaurant and bar facilities, increased car parking capacity and public realm improvements.
The resulting proposition is a high quality architectural solution derived from the needs and aspirations of the local community, forming a coherent mixed used development which will sit comfortably in the local townscape and will encourage further regeneration for the surrounding area through its delivery.
