Bragozzo was developed in close consultation with Italian celebrity chef Luke Palladino with the design concept fusing classical Italian elements and contemporary design.
Situated within the Pompano Park Racino (combined race track and casino), Bragozzo provides a high end fine dining restaurant, informal eating areas and a cocktail bar for visitors to the resort.
The cocktail bar occupies the southern end of the venue, behind a ‘storefront’ of three huge, illuminated glass wine cubes. The kitchen is fully open to the restaurant and fronted by a servery clad in dark green marble. In addition to the formal restaurant area, informal eating areas include a farmer’s table, intimate circular seating booths and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Racino Floor.
