Project Description
The 4 star Casa hotel and office development will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the Lockford Lane area of Chesterfield.
Facilities include 100 bedrooms, a 100 cover restaurant, bars, conference and wedding facilities as well as the new 20,000 sqft headquarters for Global Brands Ltd.
Bars, restaurants, conference and wedding facilities are provided on the ground and first floor levels with bedrooms located on the second, third and fourth floor levels. The offices are located on the fifth and sixth floors.
Off-site construction has been utilised throughout the scheme including wall panels, bedroom ‘blocks’ and pre-fabricated bathroom pods to ensure quality control, increase environmental sustainability and reduce construction period.
