Project Description

The development site forms part of the wider Salford Central regeneration area. Zone B of the Salford Central masterplan, within which New Bailey Street sits, is a 3.06 hectare commercial quarter focussed on office use with ground floor commercial uses, hotel, multi storey car park and underground car parking, leisure uses and new public space.
The New Bailey Street development, being located across the river from the prestigious Spinningfields, will not only be a landmark building within this busy central area, but will importantly provide the gateway between Manhester City Centre and the rest of Salford Central.
