New Victoria Place

Working in conjunction with Langtree and Artisan, CJCT won the international designer and developer competition for Bradford’s former Odeon cinema site.

New Victoria Place creates a vibrant public square framed by four new buildings offering premium offices, affordable apartments and leisure facilities. The new 100 bedroom hotel with three storey cafe and restaurant facing the new square and Alhambra Theatre, forms an important catalyst to further development with the city centre. The development will also include 124 parking spaces and over 20,000 sqft of space earmarked for use by Bradford College to provide a city centre presence.

New Victoria Place was commended for its strong and commercially sustainable financial plan and is not dependent on any pre-let units.
