Bermondsey Village

Bermondsey Village is a residential redevelopment in Southwark currently being delivered by Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher. The scheme provides a total of 29 apartments, communal garden and ground commercial units just off Bermondsey Street opposite the popular White Cube Gallery.
The design features a blend of brick façades with modern zinc exterior panelling which sits comfortably within this traditional and characterful conservation area. These differing bricks, within the same tonal range, combined with a variety of brick bonds provides a depth and richness that not only reflects the distinctiveness of the area but provides an interesting and modern housing proposal.
