Riverside Quarter Masterplan

CJCT was commissioned to design and build 750 apartments and 150,000 sqft of commercial and leisure space on one of the most prominent sites on the River Thames in Wandsworth. Our initial remit was to improve the quality of the original Planning Consent; achieved by a skilful reconfiguration of the apartment blocks to increase residential units and provide views of the river as well as soft and hard landscaped gardens throughout the site.

Such was the success of Phases I, II and IIIa that CJCT received the additional Phase IIIb, another two buildings providing 259 apartments and 17,00sqm of commercial and leisure space.

Building one of Phase IIIb now complete CJCT is delivering the final building which ranges between 11 and 15 storeys. The scheme will deliver 172 apartments together with roof terraces, balconies and new landscaped areas including space for outside seating and a riverside promenade creating a safe, friendly place to live, work and play.

The completed £250 million development will make one of the most important contributions to the regeneration of the Wandsworth waterfront for many years.
