The Vauxhall Sky Gardens site features a tower and podium containing 178 new apartments, approximately 96,000 sqft of office space, 2,500 sqft of commercial space, basement parking and 22,600 sqft of amenity space.
Linked by a two storey public realm indoor area the buildings will offer the highest plot ratio of any residential building in London through the incorporation of two ‘Sky Gardens’. The gardens offer 22,600 sqft of space, as well as a large children’s play area. Furthermore, the internal residential layout maximizes views to the north and west of London.
Vauxhall Sky Gardens has been designed with key sustainability features including sustainable energy, low energy services and renewable energy generation plus the residential units meet Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
