One Victoria Road creates a new Student accommodation campus with shared teaching facilities for Imperial College, developed by Berkeley First on the former NEC site. The proposal incorporates well managed, purpose built and student residential accommodation including student services, administration and management offices as well as shared teaching and laboratory space. In addition, a variety of active ground floor uses, communal and public spaces have been incorporated to support the wide range of student facilities.
The world-class partnership between Berkeley and Imperial College ensures that the development is of the highest quality, providing a striking new development in the key gateway location at North Acton to offer 140,000sqft of market leading accommodation with a build cost of £30,000,000.
