Acting as a showcase to future tenants / clients, Workspace’s new headquarters were designed to demonstrate their serviced office building’s unique facilities. The modern and exciting office incorporates original architectural features whilst showcasing Workspaces’ eclectic property portfolio and professional service.
Through clever planning the design team introduced various space-enhancing solutions. Heating / cooling units and electrical equipment were relocated to increase floor area and help expose the original roof structure; promoting the feeling of space. Open plan desk layouts and scattered meeting rooms are centred around an exclusive atrium and importantly oversized ‘break out area’ – used to encourage and welcome all Workspace staff to the new ‘hub’, as a promotion of collaborative working.
The quirky design features reflect the unique individuality of the Workspace team and add to the visitor and client’s memorable experience of the space.
