Allianz HQ Building

Delivered from shell & core within 7 months, on budget, CJCT completed a 130,000 sqft fit out for insurance giant Allianz in their new prestigious central London location, locating the entire company at one address for the first time.

CJCT undertook thorough site inspections and floorplate analysis to meet the client’s brief - reviewing features of the building which could be utilised to achieve successful viewpoints, sources of natural light and to maximise space efficiency with flexibility for the future.

Through consultation with various Allianz stakeholders, space plans were developed to maximise team to team efficiency through the careful design and location of shared support modules - elements which, in turn, provide additional work stations and filing throughout the floorplate and ensure long term flexibility. Working closely within the Allianz global design standards, CJCT added value by developing an interior scheme which created more effective circulation and ultimately a more design focused approach.

In addition to the offices and meeting rooms across ten floors, the scheme includes a full atrium refurbishment with a reception and a lower ground floor café, a staff restaurant and training rooms and a top floor executive meeting suite with a finishing kitchen serving the fine dining facilities.
