Project Description

Rome HouseĀ is a residential development designed by Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher on behalf of Telereal Trillium. The site is approximately 1.51ha and is located on Gordon Road in the heart of West Ealing, about 5 minutes' walk from West Ealing Station.
The scheme, which is currently within planning, consists of two phases. Phase one will consist of 3 buildings connected by lower lying buildings with an under croft car park area. Phase two consists of 3 buildings with connecting blocks and a terrace of 18 town houses which will be built over a lower car park.
Phase one, which is situated to the south of the site, consists of 142 residential apartments and phase two, which is to the north of the site along Gordon Road, consists of 164 residential apartments.
The landscaping design produces a major new central streetscape with shared surfaces, landscaping and trees which will form the heart of the development and communal areas for seating, playing and meeting. The scheme will also create a new attractive frontage to the residential street along Gordon Road.
