White Rose Office Park

CJCT has been involved in the regeneration of the White Rose Office Park for the past 12 years. The work has primarily included masterplanning White Rose Office Park and refurbishing Arlington Business Centre but has also involved the development of pavilion offices within the park providing office space for businesses including Inland Revenue, DePuy International, West Yorkshire Administration Department, O2, HSBC and WSP.

Further facilities buildings have been constructed to support the office park containing restaurant, café, meeting rooms and healthclub facilities. These facilities are connected to the remainder of the development via glazed link bridge walkways.
