We have completed our third project at Monk Bridge, Leeds II for Hub and Realstar.
This project represents our eighth and ninth buildings at Monk Bridge and brings the total number of homes created to 1,651. Sitting at the intersection of the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the elevated park we created on Monk Bridge viaduct the project creates a stopping off point on the canal. Uncle Living are currently fitting out the amenity areas and very soon the building will be coming to life views and activity back onto the canal and the viaduct landscape at the areas heart.
