CJCT were engaged to deliver phase 3 of the White City Living development for St James. The project consists of a 35 storey tower and two 19 storey towers and forms part of the five phase implementation project of over 2000 new homes adjacent to the former BBC headquarters in West London.
The pinnacle of phase 3 is an oval shaped tower which rises to 37 storeys and expresses its slender form though a mix of solid and glazed balconies that wrap around the plan in a complex geometry.
Two further buildings are set within a lagoon water feature which cascades towards the lower landscaped gardens surrounding the site. Clad in elegantly coloured terracotta panels these 19 storey towers are set to become the signifying element of the development.
The project is due for completion in 2024.
