After 25 years at Rose Wharf CJCT Studio North are moving… as of Tuesday 2nd May we can be found at 56 Wellington Street.
It’s been a pleasure working in one of our own RIBA award winning buildings and Rose Wharf has provided an excellent, vibrant base to operate from.
Sadly all good things come to an end and, over the course of the past couple of years, we have become far more conscious of our ESG responsibilities in particular our carbon footprint. Leeds is also changing with improved links and a greater focus on sustainable transport as part of its ‘Best City Ambition’. It is with this in mind that we have chosen to move to a city centre location, forfeiting our parking spaces and easy access to motorway links in favour of public transport and cycles.
56 Wellington will provide our central base near to a raft of our current Leeds projects (The Junction, Latitude Blue, Latitude Purple, Kirkstall Road and Water Lane) as well as excellent connections to the our projects further afield.
