Liam’s knowledge of Revit has helped to push for a collaborative workflow, producing a holistic process with other designers, contractors and sub-contractors.
Liam studied at Sheffield Hallam University as part of its CIAT Centre of Excellence course, following which he joined a small Bradford-based practice as a Junior Technologist. Whilst there, he was involved in a mixture of small residential conversions, office conversions, and listed building conversions.
Later, Liam moved to Brewster Bye Architects where he worked on large new build residential, student accommodation and conversion schemes, practicing technical design and providing site support for projects worth up to £12 million.
Since joining CJCT in 2022, Liam has been leading the 488-home Leeds II scheme in the Whitehall regeneration area, providing detailed drawing packages for the £82 million scheme that started on site in early 2023.
