Nick is an experienced architect specialising in residential architecture, having worked on residential projects from single houses to urban extension masterplans. Following completion of his education at the University of Bath and the Welsh School of Architecture, Nick has been Project lead for developments in London and Glasgow.
Prior to joining CJCT, Nick worked at multiple established UK architectural practices, including Hawkins\Brown and residential specialists Pollard Thomas Edwards. Work at Hawkins\Brown includes delivering Portcullis House, which on completion will be Scotland’s tallest building. At Pollard Thomas Edwards, Nick worked on a multitude of residential projects with large housebuilder clients, including Marleigh, the award-winning urban extension to Cambridge.
Nick currently leads MU4, a new phase of development on Sugarhouse
island in east London. As part of a wider mixed-use masterplan, MU4
consists of two residential buildings with commercial units at ground
floor, together enclosing a small courtyard reminiscent of the traditional urban fabric of the site. Nick’s strengths lie in driving the project design forward whilst providing technical oversite to ensure compliance and
buildability of the scheme.
Outside of work, Nick is an avid artist and regularly takes on commissionof portraits and landscapes, as well as regularly playing 5-a-side football and hitting the gym.
