Oliver Kampshoff

Oliver is a talented and dedicated designer and team leader with over a decade of experience in working with clients from a range of sectors, including higher education, residential commercial development and the arts. He has been practicing in the UK for 15 years and has gained wide ranging expertise in the design, development and delivery of projects. Oliver started his career in the UK at Claudio Silvestrin architects where he designed unique residential, cultural and commercial fit out projects across the world. Prior to joining CJCT in 2017 Oliver was a Partner at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios where he developed his skills through all architectural stages and the expertise to deliver award winning projects that strive to achieve exemplary environments, exceed client expectations and produce dynamic, exciting and responsive architecture. During his role as Principal at HASSELL London Studio he sharpened his skills in mapping out goal oriented project briefs and creating designs with a clear focus on quality and clients’ aspirations.

Oliver’s work is strongly influenced by the desire to work with passionate and engaged clients with the goal of creating design led solutions and delivering inspiring architecture. Highlights of his professional career include working across a number of industries with committed clients in the higher education sector, workplaces , cultural projects, the art world, in fashion and the publishing industry, in the private as well as public residential sectors.

His interest in new design technologies, his collaborative attitude and his proactive approach have earned trust and ignited enthusiasm with clients, design team members and project stakeholders. Oliver thrives in developing meaningful long term relationships with clients to create award winning projects such as Broadcasting Place in Leeds, the Condé Nast College of Fashion and Design in London, the Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre near Manchester and the Rebecca Horn retrospective at the Hayward Gallery along the Southbank.

In his spare time Oliver is an enthusiast for all things related to cycling and an avid collector of music and musical instruments.
