CJCT have been commissioned the redevelopment of 1 Penrhyn Road in Kingston. The student accommodation led mixed use scheme comprises 163sqm of Educational Use with ancillary student accommodation, cycle parking and landscaping on ground floor and 115 student accommodation studio units on the upper storeys.
