Church Wharf is a £196 million dynamic, high quality mixed-use scheme, combining local heritage buildings with new stylish architecture and stunning open spaces on a 13 acre site.
The scheme’s success in winning the Developer Competition came from careful integration of the development into the existing urban fabric, providing a mix and quantity of viable, both economically and as a complement to the Town Centre.
The scheme will include: a new business quarter comprising more than 340,000 sqft of new office space across 10 buildings; 586 residential units, both town houses and high quality Abito apartments; a six screen cinema and café, bar and restaurant units; a new 80 key hotel; more than 7,000 sqft of retail accommodation, a new multi-storey car park for residents and workers and a series of high-quality pedestrian routes and public spaces.
