G Mill
A sympathetic design approach was adopted to refurbished and upgraded G Mill. Original architecture was restored; differentiating new work by using modern materials. The completed work created eight floors of flexible office space totalling 73,000 sqft, with a further 18,380 sqft of ancillary and storage space. A new passenger lift was built on the external façade to supplement the existing passenger.
F Mill
Using a similar approach to G Mill, CJCT also sympathetically restored F Mill, a 6 storey mill building, through a series of varying floor plates available for fit out to the tenant’s specific requirements measuring 75,000 sqft in total. New hard and soft landscaping and dedicated car parking were also provided.
