To the west of the city centre, Leeds I sits alongside Leeds II on the old Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks, a place with both history and potential.
The two buildings, 16 and 20 storeys respectively, will deliver 463 sustainable apartments that provide pedestrianised access to central amenities, including a ‘sky park’ connection to the city centre.
The scheme was completed in April 2024.
