In March 2014 Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher architects were appointed by London Square Developments to discharge planning matters and deliver the detail design for the mixed use re-development of the Streatham Hill site in South West London. The scheme provides 254 apartments, shops and restaurant space (class A1, A2, A3) and a new Community use Theatre which will seat up to 100 people.
The development adjoins a conservation area on Streatham Hill. The re-development also incorporates a locally listed retained façade from the 1920’s and known locally as the Megabowl.
