We’re delighted to share that our proposals for 57 High Path, Merton have secured a resolution to grant planning permission.
Designed on behalf of Orbital Developments, the scheme will transform an underutilised car park site at the southern gateway to the High Path masterplan into 67 new high quality homes and ground-floor commercial space.
The proposed architecture references the area’s rich art deco heritage through its curved facades, rich brick detailing and a carefully stepped form that responds to the surrounding townscape.
All homes within the development will be dual aspect and will benefit from both private and shared external amenity spaces to prioritise a high-quality living environment and a strong sense of place for future residents.
This marks an important milestone for the project, and we would like to thank Orbital Developments, the London Borough of Merton, and the wider consultant team below for their collaboration and commitment throughout the process.
