CJCT, on behalf of our client Telereal Trillium, are delighted to have secured planning permission approval for a residential led mixed-use scheme located at Wellstones, Watford.
The development will provide 89 residential homes and 95 sqm of new commercial space on an under utilised car park site within Watford town centre. The proposals provide generous shared and private amenity spaces for residents and will enhance local connections through the implementation of a new east – west route helping to connect Exchange Road with the High Street. The Place Shaping Panel in Watford were highly complimentary of the quality of the scheme, stating: ‘the panel feels that the scheme has the potential to create a high-quality medium-rise development, and to provide a good example of high-density design at human scale.’
