Last Friday, Studio North were on site at CJCT’s Leeds II scheme, a 488-home BtR development constructed by RG Group for HUB.
The impressive development is comprised of two towers, with Block A to stand at 26 stories + ground, and Block B 31 stories + ground. The jump formed cores on both buildings have now been complete, with floor slabs poured to level 21, SFS and windows complete to level 18, and the façade up to level 11.
Guided by Liam, the team went up to see the progress on level 17 before making their way back down several floors at a time, observing the various stages of build.
Leeds II is the second phase of Hub’s Latitude masterplan, with Leeds I achieving Practical Completion back in April.
