Our 488-BtR home Leeds II scheme for HUB and RealStar is progressing nicely, with the development expected to be fully wrapped in the new year!
All balconies have now been installed by RG Group, with the Juliet balconies and cills up next. Curtain walling is currently being installed around the ground floor amenities, and brickwork has been taken down to ground levels to frame out the feature GRC panels.
We’re excited to see this project achieve completion next year!
