In a testament to our commitment to both maintaining sustainable development practices and nurturing long-term collaborative partnerships, CJCT are proud to reveal that not only has our recently completed office B3 at Thorpe Park been nominated for Yorkshire’s Sustainable Development of the Year, but Endeavour at Digital Campus Sheffield has also received shortlisting for Insider’s Property Deal of the Year.
From conception to completion the idea of the future-workspace has underscored the development of the 133,000 sqft office space at B3 Thorpe Park, with seven-storeys operated by low-energy, temperature control systems, and an enhanced building specification in alignment with WELL Gold standards. In addition to excellent transport links to the city centre, even more so after the completion of the park’s new railway station due in 2025, the recycled steel and aluminium in the construction of B3 has solidified the determination of CJCT, Scarborough Group International and GMI Construction in the reduction of CO2 emissions both pre and post completion.
As Yorkshire Insider has highlighted, the ongoing partnership between CJCT and Scarborough Group just goes from strength to strength with the additional shortlisting of Endeavour for Property Deal of 2023. Achieving practical completion just two months ago, the fourth of our developments on Sheffield’s Digital Campus is wholly-let to BT in a 15-year lease, making it the largest single office letting in the city of the current decade.
