We’re happy to share that our Leeds II scheme with HUB, Bridges Fund Management and Realstar has recently topped out!
No expense was spared at the scheme’s topping out ceremony last month: Leeds II’s design and delivery team enjoyed food, drinks and were even serenaded by a live brass band on the 31st storey of Block B!
Delivered by RG Group, the 488-home BTR scheme is the newest addition to CJCT’s portfolio within the Whitehall regeneration area of Leeds, following The Junction for CDL and Native Residential, and HUB and Realstar’s first phase Leeds I scheme.
