CJCT have submitted a detailed planning application to transform a town centre brownfield site in Woking into a new residential led mixed use scheme for Watkin Jones Group.
The sites prominent location to the eastern edge of the town centre will form the gateway into Woking and become an architectural landmark for Woking and the surrounding areas. The ambitious scheme will provide 366 build-to-rent homes, over 10,000 sqft of commercial space and a new purpose built community centre tailored towards the creative arts to replace the HG Wells centre currently on site.
New public realm within the heart of the site provides flexible space whilst reinstating a key connection between Commercial Way and Chertsey Road.
