Studio Director Ian Emmerson recently spoke at the topping out ceremony of ‘Endeavour,’ the fourth phase in Scarborough Group International’s Digital Campus project in Sheffield, alongside Adam Varley of SGI, Andy Hurcomb of GMI and Councillor Julie Grocutt of Sheffield City Council.
This final phase represents the culmination of almost 20 years involvement with this site and will create c.60,000sqft of grade A office space which is architecturally distinct from the previous phases of the project. Over this time each phase has evolved on the previous with the latest moving away from car use to include club class shower, changing changing facilities and an increase in the volume of cycle spaces; coming out of the pandemic, the building will also feature touch free access throughout.
GMI Construction Group PLC are again making rapid progress on this tight site with completion due in Q4 2022.
