The night saw Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher winners in the Game Changer awards for our BTR residential scheme, The Junction, on the historic Monk Bridge viaduct in Leeds. A huge shout-out to City Developments Limited and Galliford Try for entrusting design and delivery of the new highline park and 665 quality new homes to CJCT.
Equally thrilled that our cutting-edge office design for B3 at Thorpe Park Leeds won the Office Deal of the year award. A definite high-water mark in a much appreciated 20-year relationship with Scarborough Group, proudly promoting development in Yorkshire.
