We’re pleased to share that our Director, Ian Emmerson, will be speaking at the Brick Development Association’s Brick Works series in Leeds later this month.
Held at The Northern Market on Great George Street, Brick Works is an evening of talks and conversation, bringing together those with an interest in contemporary brick architecture.
Ian will be discussing The Junction, our 665-home Build to Rent development for City Developments Limited, located alongside the historic Monk Bridge viaduct. The scheme reimagines the structure as a high-level public park, creating a new green connection through the city and stitching together a once-isolated site. With five residential buildings, commercial space, and a strong focus on placemaking, The Junction has become a major piece of Leeds’ continued growth.
