We’re delighted to have received Gateway 2 Approval last week on the Bow Green Phase 2 development, which we are delivering with Berkeley St Williams. Submitted at the end of 2025, the process took less time than expected, and the approval now achieves a significant milestone in the project’s delivery programme, allowing construction to begin later this month.
Phase 2 sits alongside the recently completed Phase 1, also delivered by CJCT for St Williams, and will provide 410 new homes, split across 4 buildings delivering a mix of affordable and market apartments. The buildings are connected via a landscaped podium that houses a high-quality resident amenity ‘Pavillion’, consisting of working space, media room, lounge area, kitchen and dining area, flanked by an external amphitheatre and water feature. The scheme will also introduce flexible commercial space at ground level, contributing to a vibrant and active neighbourhood.
