We’re delighted to share that The Junction has been shortlisted for Most Innovative New Build Scheme at the Housing Innovation Awards 2025.
This recognition celebrates The Junction’s role in transforming a derelict brownfield site into a vibrant new community. Anchored to the Grade II listed Monk Bridge viaduct, the development has brought this historic structure back into public use, creating Yorkshire’s first high-line park alongside 665 BtR homes that have redefined urban living in Leeds.
