It’s great to see a start to the installation of 33 bolt-on balconies for our Leeds II scheme for HUB and UNCLE Living. The private balconies provide external space to the apartments on the lower storeys, offering exceptional views over the Monk Bridge viaduct and towards the city centre.

Great to see RG Group making good progress on Leeds II! The double-storey riverside colonnades are taking shape along the canal: the large amenity spaces are now being formed, which will provide the scheme’s key connection to the canal and adjacent viaduct.
